responsible

damaged

weapons of

Campers
caught with
such items
may be sent
home early
at parents
expense.

are secured

completed
and signed
Registration/Medical
Form
with a copy
of your
Medical
Insurance
Card attached and
a $50
NON-REFUNDABLE
deposit or
the full
amount $129
(which
includes the
$50
non-refundable
deposit)
3. The
balance of
the camp fee
is due on
arrival.
4. Make
checks
payable to
“PCCCI” and
always
include the
camper’s
name and
camp
location
(i.e. Big
Bear or
Rancho La Scherpa) on
your check.

conference
will end
after lunch
on Sunday.
Group
Registration
1. Churches
registering
for the
conference
must bring
one
counselor
(minimum age
18) for
every 9
campers.
2. All
counselors
must fill
out a
counselor
application
to be
eligible to
be a cabin
counselor.
