Program staff will have one-on-one interaction with campers and are in a position to greatly influence our children as role models and teachers. That is why it is imperative that we find the right people to lead our programs. If you think you might be the right kind of person then we want to talk with you. We are looking for vibrant young leaders who are striving to live their life as followers of Jesus Christ and feel called to share their faith with young children.

5. Weekly salary (amount depends on position). 5. Full participation and support of camp activities

6. Room and board for duration of program

ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE EITHER A GRADUATE FROM HIGH SCHOOL OR AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD.

PLEASE NOTE: All program staff (with the exception of the Camp Nurse) will be expected to participate in a week of training and preparation July 8^th–13^th. July 14^th will be a day off. The first program camp will take place at Big Bear Conference Center, on Big Bear Lake, July 15-21. The second camp will be at Rancho La Scherpa Conference Center north of Santa Barbara, July 22-28. Travel between the camps will take place Saturday July 21^st & 28^th,(approximately a four hour drive). Employment will continue through Sunday July 29^th.

Program staff positions

Title Position Description Salary plus Room & Board

Program Coordinator	Team leader, Responsible for all aspects of Program	$350 per week X 4 weeks = $1,400
Activities Director	Events coordinator, Assists P/C where needed	$300 per week X 4 weeks = $1200
Female Lead Counselors	Leader/teacher of group of campers, works closely with Volunteer Counselors	$250 per week X 3 weeks = $750
Male Lead Counselors	Leader/teacher of group of campers, works closely with Volunteer Counselors	$250 per week X 3 weeks = $750
Crafts Director	Responsible for all Craft related events, assists A/D when needed	$250 per week X 3 weeks = $750
Camp Nurse	Distributes meds and responsible for medical emergencies	$300 per week X 2 weeks = $600

TWO LETTERS OF REFERENCE ARE REQUIRED. (Unless otherwise stated)
Please provide an addressed, stamped envelope with the address above, to the person writing the letter. We prefer that One letter be completed by your Pastor or former Youth Director. The other letter can be from the person of your choosing, as long as they are not related to you. Completed reference forms should be sent to PCCCI by the person completing the form as soon as possible. The person writing the letter should address the following in their reference letter; how long they have known you, your walk with Christ and qualifications for the position you are applying for.
